What means shared (combo) RJ45/SFP+ exactly at XS708T?

Yes, your guess is correct they cannot be used simultaneously. So the total usable ports for the XS708T is only 8. This is by design, as they share the same switchfabric and port number. If you need all of the ports to be utilized, then you'll have to get the 24 or 48-port version of the XS series since they have dedicated ports.
