which SFP module and fiber types are compatible with the GC 110 switch
Where can I find with SFP modules and which fiber types are compatible with the GC110 range of switches?

Also the firmware seems to block non Netgear branded modules (I tired some Netgear flashed BX-transceivers from FS.com an whyle they are recognised (otheres are just rejected) there is still no link-up detected by the switch.

Whatever model variants you are talking of here. Copper? single mode fiber? multi mode fiber? BiDi?

And again, no, to my knowledge Netgear does not enforce a certain brand/model flashed on the modules for the SFP ports.
Unlucky to disucss this here in this thread where the OP mistakingly assumed SFP+ (10G) are workable based on the false information in the user manual.

Some BiDi 1000BASE-BX SFP 1310nm-TX/1490nm modules...
I guess I will just try some random modules until one works :-P
