Brand new GS108v4 Doesnt work with more than 2 connections
Got a brand new GS108v4 and connected it to my router, the switch doesnt work with more than 2 connections

Typical cause is that a switch is not connected to a router with NAT, with a private IP LAN subnet, with a local DHCP server. Instead, it appears the router is more a modem or connected as a pure bridge or wireless access point, and the ISP does allow one or sometimes two concurrent devices on the ISP assigned public or carrier grade NAT IP address.
