DOCUMENTATION TO START
Hello,
I need some documentation to start working with my switch please.
I have setup my laptop to 192.168.0.210 ip address then I plug my switch to my laptop when I ping my switch at it ip address 192.168.0.239 (as it is mentionned in a documentation found in internet), it does not ping.
Any help please ?

The tagged GS308v2 is an unmanaged switch - definitivey no IP address and nothing to manage.
What exact model does the product label show please?
Can't see the in-line image yet (mandatory moderation). In the meantime - assuming it's a Plus or Smart Managed Pro or the like: Can the NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool (NSDT) discover your switch?
