Does the GS116NA have the capabilty to duplex?
I have a GS116NA and it is conmnected to my Synology NAS. I'm trying to use the Bond feature which would lewt me use two ethernet connections. Problem is I am seeing this message in the admin center.
Failed to establish IEEE 802.3ad connection
Is this switch capable of doing this?

An unmanaged switch will impossibly support an IEEE 802.3ad LACP LAG. Unrelated to the Gigabit full duplex link which is part of the standard.
With unmanaged switch, you can only configure active backup, balance-TLB or balance-ALB bonding modes.
