Installed a new GS105 switch. Fiberoptic into house to router, connect router to switch. Laptop gets 900 Mbbs download / upload when hardwired via network cable Desktop gets 750 Mbbs downl...

Problem solved.
Disabled the Killer app software that Dell loads. Once removed, speeds are back to full down and up (800 Mbbs for both).

Appreciate the input. After taking switch out of the equation (desktop directly to router), can confirm the desktop networking is the issue.
Desktop is from 2019. Updated all drivers from Dell site. Restarted, but still have same issue with decent down / up on wifi and excellent down / poor up (5 Mbbs) hardwired.
Do you think a new network card would solve the issue? May give that a shot.
