They were not helpful they referred me to the ISP

It connects and works sometimes for a couple of days or a day then disconnects again.
Xfinity was very rude but did send me instructions in an email but I cant figure it out.

The GS308 is a simple unmanaged switch. There isn't any settings or anything else on it you change. Whatever the gs308 is connected to is whats managing the connection. So basically what router do you have? If its an ISP device, they'd need to help you with it

Again, not sure what help you expect on here. the switch you have doesn't have any settings. It doesn't do any traffic management. Its a simple unmanaged switch. Something else router/gateway/or the device itself is who you need to be contacting fo rhelp with it.
