GS324 last 8 ports not working
Since last 8 ports (17-24) are not working, so my 24 ports switch become a 16 port switch....
The unmanaged GS324 does come with three years of wrranty (except China where its one year).to the initil buyer.

@ schumaku Thanks for your kind response and help that I managed to creat a case no. 45312206 and phoned the Tech Support this morning Nov 9 2021. Unfortunately the Support identified this is a hardware/mechanic issue and the unit is by now out of warranty so I have to bear with this by using an only 16 ports out of 24 ports Netgear unmanaged switch. Recently I managed to buy a used 24 ports Cisco switch to cover the missing ports...
