From what I read on the support page I get 90 days of complimentary support. I assume that after that I have to pay? Really?
I looked at many posts on reddit and other social media. Seems this is the case. The warranty is basically useless. The GS324P has been replaced with a Cisco 110 series switch. Hopefully this will last longer than the netgear switch.
The netgear support webpage seems to be designed to WASTE MY TIME in an attempt to find a solution to a problem. This will deter me and everyone else from actually finding a solution. Especially if that solution is that the product is simply defective. The warranty is useless. Now the GS324P switch is just another part of the e-waste problem.
The corporate responsibility to produce products that will work for many years, save my time and minimize waste are not factors that Netgear uses when they design, market, sell and support products. Corporate profit seems like the only goal. Well that's not my goal. So we have conflicting goals here and that makes Netgear products not suitable for my use any longer.

This happens with out any thing connected to the switch? Try testing with the switch and maybe just one ethernet connected PC to the switch and not connected to any router. If still happening, possible the power supply section with in the switch is going bad.
How long have you had the switch in operation for?

I left the POE devices attached to the switch because the other switch does not have POE.
When the link-lights goes out, the poe lights for each port and switch's power light stay on. The POE devices also stay on.
So I don't think it's a power supply issue. The power supply is internal to the unit so really nothing I can do anyway.
Bought the unit on 10/24/22. So almost 2 years ago.
After using Netgear products for years and years this is the first one that has had a problem. So I really can't complain.

Something to try with all other devices disconnected and just a wired PC only.
If you've been using this for PoE as well, then possible the internal Power Supply maybe going bad or no longer stable.
Might check the user manual to see if there is any diagnostic LED information and meaning.
Try a reset on the switch as well if there is a reset button.

Even less to complan: These switches are coming with a limited warranty (for the first original buyer) of three years.
Head to https://my.netgear.com/ , select your switch model and serial number, or use the [View Product] and follow the [Request Hardware Support]. Post about the same informative texts as you have done here in the community.

I did not even think about a warranty. Great idea.
I did the "request hardware support" but the webpage says "oops something went wrong on our end".
Perhaps I will try again tomorrow....
