How to see configuration of MS510TXPP — 8-port PoE+ Multi-Gigabit Ethernet Smart Switch with 10G Cop
Can you see the configuration in the Insight portal or do you have to connect to the switch with a cat cable? I'm not sure if this is unmanaged either

Do you know what is the default ip to interface with the switch?
192.168.0.239 is the default LAN IP, when I'm not wrong, there is a DHCP client active by default, so check your router/DHCP server.
A possible alternate approach is to use the Netgear Discovery Tool for simplicity.

With the switch added to Insight, as long as it has Cloud (and Internet) connectivity, it will be reachable in Insight. NETGEAR Insight is an online platform, not an offline configurator on most functions.
The MS510TXUP is a Smart Managed switch, so I'll request a moderator to move this thread to the appropriate community section to discuss Plus and Smart Switches .

We have Premium plan but are unable to see the config in the portal.

Guess there is some misunderstanding here on how NETGEAR Insight works. It's not yet another user interface like a device Web UI, a CLI, SNMP, .... Existing device config (locally done) can't be just "imported" or magically accessed to Insight.
"Not accessible" tells us this switch was -never- added to that Insight location and/or accoun, or it was added to a different Insight location or account.
Devices added (currently not connected, or connected) to NETGEAR Insight would show up like these:

Can this be added after all this time has passed?

Assuming you paid and paying for the Insight service anyway, you can add devices at any time. Don't forget to take notes of the config (ports, VLANs), since adding requires to factory reset the switch, and re-define everything in Insight again, what comes with some learning curve of course.
