I am requesting a Letter of Volatility for the ProSafe24 Switch (Model Number JGS524v2). Thank you.

Yes, you can get a letter of volatility. You can contact support to get the letter of volatility. They will be the right person to help you with this.

Netgear TeamThanks for the response. Do you have an email contact for support.? I registered the switch. I inherited it and believe it was purchased several years ago. I am trying to help someone move it out of a secure area. I am not looking to purchase a support contract, and it looks like CHAT is my only option and it is busy. I have searched the community and noticed the LoVs requests in other threads were provided with a link to the letter with a 48-hour timer. Can that be done here again? Thank you again for your assistance on this.
