Letter/Certificate of Volatility for JGS524v2
Hello,
Looking to obtain a letter/statement of volatility for the following:
JGS524v2
The support team provided a JGS524NA document that was missing volatile memory information and had no statement on how to clear memory. I'm assuming the 524NA is different than the 524v2.

There are no config or operational data stored on these unmanaged devices. What is the point here - destroy the device or a pure academic nonsense in this process? Volatile memory is empty once the dynamic update process is stopped and the power is removed.
