Suddenly my switch only the first 8 ports work, the remaining 16 do not. Could anyone help me to troubleshoot?

Hello Ron,
Not much more troubleshooting possible beyond of factory reset the switch:
For the warranty exchange, start on https://my.netgear.com/ , select your switch from your registered products, and follow the [Request Hardware Support] (permitting it's still available).
