Netgear switch gs324v2

Is there anyone that can assist me with easy instructions on installing my switch to a server rack i honestly just need to know which screws go where? i assume the bigger ones go into the rack. Thank you for your help

    The small screws (by wally brain M3 or M2.5 threaded) are required to mount the "wings" on the two sides of the switch, depending on the manufacturer or OEM 3 or 4, on most Netgear switches it's in 2x2 layout on each side. Usually, the longer side goes to the front, unless you have a rack requiring the switch mounted standing off the rack to the front.

     

    Depending on the rack design, you might need matching cage nuts or the like to insert in your rack stands, matching the screws/threads supplied.
