Product registration for XS708E

I have moved your post out of the ReadyNAS section to here. The XS708E is not a ReadyNAS, it is a switch.
It could well be that you bought an Amazon return if you bought it from there.
The warranty is for the original purchaser only when purchasing from an authorised reseller. If Amazon sold you a second hand unit as new you should take that up with them.
- Would you be able to help me check who is this switch registered to? I will need some evident that this switch is not a new unit.
