Solution for bonded 2x1G
I have a Synology NAS with 2 1G Ethernet ports. I'm trying to locate a switch that will bond these to 2gb. The switch must also have additional 2gb+ ports that I can use to connect 10gb workstations.

Technically, there is nothing that stops you from deploying for example an unmanaged switch like a Netgear XS505M or XS508M, see here https://community.netgear.com/t5/Unmanaged-Switches-Forum/JGS516-switch-and-port-trunking-with-QNAP-NAS/m-p/2314946/highlight/true#M6312
Of course, you could invest in more ports and more tech like a Web Configurable Plus switches, for example Netgear XS708Ev2 (formally EoL but probably available on a good deal - This switch does not support IEEE 802.3ad Link Aggregation or Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) groups. This switch supports manual static LAGs only.), or a XS512EM, or a XS724EM both having IEEE 802.3ad LACP LAG capabilities on-board.
Next level would be Smart Managed switches like the MS510TX (with good deals possible as it's no longer manufactured so *EoL*), XS728T, XS748T or Smart Cloud Manageable switches like the MS510TXM (plain MultiGig/10G, no PoE for powering modern wireless APs) , MS510TXUP (as before, but including a lot of PoE power), ...
On top of the spectrum are Managed Switches.

Downside on the Synolog profuct lien is that they stuck far to long on the almost legacy 1 GbE port models, where the competition from QNAP was progressive introducing t least two or more 2.5 GbE ports, sometimes pared with 10 GbE.
