Unmanaged Switch (GS308PP) keeps rebooting when powering PoE devices.

I've had my switch a few months any everything was working correctly, I use it for security cameras and sharing internet though network bridges. I have 3 security cameras and 2 network extenders connected that are PoE powered. It was working fine for several months and then I noticed my cameras were down. I checked the switch and it seems to be getting stuck in a reboot loop. I have tested it when non PoE devices are connected and it does not restart, but when more than one PoE device is connected it sometimes gets stuck in a reboot loop. It will stay on and work for anywhere from 3 minutes to maybe an hour and then starts rebooting with no explaination. This switch is mounted in a barn inside a weatherproof box, but is exposed to cold weather, not sure if that has any effect. We have tested the power source in the barn and no issues are detected when the switch decides to reboot so its not a power issue, it has worked fine for months in the configuration and then suddenly starting having issues, thinking its a hardware issue of some kind but why would it work fine when plugged in at home?
