Unmanaged Swith not working - all light flash together

I purchased this switch via Amazon in June, 2023. It has been working great until recently. All lights are flashing at the same time and the connected devices do not have internet. I disconnect the power, wait a minute, then connect again and every starts to work, yet it doesn't last long and it stops working, all lights flashing. I do the same, disconnect the power, wait a minute, then connect and every start to work for a short while, then it stops. I have done this several times the past couple of day. Seems for an unmanaged switch that I may need a new switch. Please advise.

    Head to https://my.netgear.com/, select your switch (assuming you already registered it), attach the sales receipt, and follow the [Request Hardware Support] process. 

     

    NETGEAR Support will contact you via email after reviewing the request. Depending on the market, you might have to call-up Netgear on a service phone number provided.
