XS508M Connection issues when rebooting
I have 5 PC's connected to 1 XS508M switch via tp-link 1gb Nic Cards. When any one of the PC's gets rebooted or turned off, all the other PC's have severe connectivity issues, including multiple packet loss and slow connections. As soon as the computer is turned back on or the network cable is unplugged from the offline machine all connections are returned to normal.

I've continued testing this. When a PC is connected to the switch via the onboard 1 GB LAN its reboot did not cause the issue. However, connecting with either a PCI 10 GB or a PCI 2.5gb switch both cause the issue.
I have tried
Bios Update.
Driver Update
Windows Update
and two total PCI NIC cards.
