Hello peku
Two or three things hit my eyes:

I’m thinking getting unmanaged XS508M 8-port 10gig switch (1 port for internet, ... for wlan mesh router, ...
What is the exact plan here? Does the CPE provided by the ISP not have a built-in router, and you think about having a dedicated network for the Internet (what can't be done on a non-managed deivce without VLAN support), or is this Internet box also a router (and WiFi AP) while the mesh router simply connected to an access point mode?

What is the intention here, configuring static LAG not requiring LACP support on the switch?

But I need about 15 more ports for my older devices. Can I extend network with my older gs324 switch to non 10gig devices(tv´s, media boxes, gaming consoles, printers etc..)? Just plug the last rj45 port from xs508m to gs324?
Yes, you can. But keep in mind that everything connected over this single GbE link is in total limited to the 1 Gb speed. This might or might not be sufficient.

ISP provides fiber to one rj45 box(some 10gig Nokia model, don´t remember the model) and "basic" tp-link wlan mesh router (that i´m gonna trow in trash!!). My plan is put rj45 from that Nokia box to 10gig switch and route trafict to different rooms and devices from there.

Just family computers backup/timemachine backup/media files on a two different nas. Basic stuff within house, no need for redundant or need to acces from around the world.

Those other machines are not that importat for speed. Retro gaming consoles, tv´s, printers etc does not even support 1gig speeds.
