BR200 Instant VPN
Hi, I'm a bit confused as to the Instant VPN capability of the BR200. It looks as it is not cabaple for this, only the BR500 seems to be, however, the BR500 seems to be replaced bay the BR200 an...
Weirdest of all, included with the BR200 router is an active "instant VPN" subscription allowing 1 device and 1 user, with a link to pay for additional licenses.
Why on earth does Netgear tries to sell someting on a device when that device can't do that particular thing?
The BR200 does not support Insight VPN for various reasons. Technically the BR200 is a BR500 stripped from the Insight VPN functionality. Any dependency information between Insight VPN and the BR200 does definitively not apply.
More confusing is the sometimes included Service relation to Insight Business VPN representing a complete different system.
YeZ please let the support organisation review and revise the related KB articles.
