BR500 and IPSec direct VPN

On my old FVS336 firewalls, I could do a direct IPSec connection. In fact, that was the only way I could get a VPN to work from my Android devices. I am using the Insight software to get my PC to VPN working. And it works. But I cannot make the OPEN VPN work to one of my routers because it chooses the network address, which interferes with the other router.

So I am back to trying to setup an IPSec VPN for a client (Client to LAN) connection. When I try to setup on of these, The BR500 is only allowing the LAN-LAN type of VPN. It is a "drop down" and the instructions say to select the Client-LAN, but the drop down only has the LAN-LAN showing. Any ideas?

      Dana,

Thanks for the respone, but it doesn't resolve the issue, which is OpenVPN picking a poor choice for the pseudo-network address.

Nor did you give any insight into why the IPSec VPN drop down doesn't give me a peer to LAN option.

Kindly post screenshots of the drop down you are referring to.  To what OS is the OpenVPN installed?
