BR500 connection problem

Hello everyone. I bought a br500, I recorded it on insight and the light of the cloud has become blue. The problem is that I can never connect. Always compute: an error occurred while processing the request. The br500 is in DMZ behind another router and the firmware is update. What is the problem?

    Hi..You can try resetting it, then register it and configure it only through the cloud .

      What did you do to fix it
      I have a BR500 sat in my small office behind another router, internet works fine but any cloud services or VPN will not work. No blue light for cloud
