BR500 goes back to factory settings after power outage

We had another power outage at home yesterday that out-lasted our UPS and our BR500 reset to the factory settings. Last time we had a similar outage the same thing happened. Is there an internal batt...

It is possible that the power outage caused the flash to be faulty. Have you tried just removing it to the power outlet with settings on it just to check if it will show the same result?
