BR500 router upgrade firmware to 5.5.0.1 from 5.1.0.15 no longer connects to Insight
BR500 router upgrade firmware to 5.5.0.1 from 5.1.0.15 and it no longer connects to Insight Cloud. One thing I did notice when I went to look in the logs was the BR500 was reporting dates of May 31, ...
The Cloud console light is not on. Interesting thing is last night it reported firmware as 5.5.0.1, but when I just logged into the LAN GUI it is now showing firmware v5.1.0.15. I'm attaching some png files with the post
