Can not get ping reply for the WAN IP address of WAN2 port from outside
I have a VPN Firewall SRX5308 and have configured 2 of its WAN ports (WAN1 and WAN2) with 2 different ADSL internet services. From an external device in the internet cloud I can get ping reply for the WAN IP address of its WAN1 port but can not get the same for WAN2. For example, from outside I can get ping reply for the WAN IP address 115.70.20.250 but not 220.233.3.61. I can get ping reply to both if I try it from any device that is on a VLAN, which is inside the firewall. Can someone tell me what do I need to do so that I can get a ping reply to the WAN IP address of WAN2 port from outside of the firewall?

Hi Ridwan
Welcome to the community!
First please check WAN1 and WAN2 port are up.
If WAN1 and WAN2 port are up. Please go to Security->Firewall->Attack Checks page and tick the "Respond to Ping on Internet Ports".Then you can ping WAN1 and WAN2 port IP address from WAN side. Detail as below sreenshot.
Thanks,
Suli
