Can't Upload Invalid Self Certificate

Question

I have a FVS336Gv3 VPN FirewallFirmware Version: 4.3.3-5&nbsp;Generated a Self Certificate Request&nbsp;Used the CSR to purchase a CERT from Comodo.&nbsp;When I try to upload I get "Can't Upload Invalid Self Certificate"&nbsp;Need help

Netgear supports&nbsp;2048-bit SHA1 certificate not&nbsp;2048-bit RSA certificate. &nbsp;
&nbsp;
It might be that the certificate you got from Comodo&nbsp;is a&nbsp;2048-bit RSA certificate. &nbsp;Kindly verify it.

&nbsp;I had the vendor reissue the certificate as a 2048 SHA1.&nbsp;Now I get a new message.&nbsp;"No trusted certificate found, Can't Upload Self Certificate"&nbsp;&nbsp;
