Firmware FVS318N_v4.3.5-3.img invalid or corrupted
Trying to update my router to this firmware (FVS318N_v4.3.5-3.img) and both the web gui and the telnet interface keep complaining that the file is invalid or corrupted. Does anyone know how to solve ...
I just want to follow-up on this. Were you able to open a chat or online case with NETGEAR Support? If yes, keep us posted about the progress of it.

DaneA, not yet, apparently the only option I have is to call in, no chat or other online RMA process, and due to work and family reasons (newborn twins) don't have a lot of uninterruptible time to keep waiting for a technical specialist to pick up my call. I'll get that done eventually and post the result here.
