Since you were able to get in touch with NETGEAR Support, I believe your concern has been raised to the engineering team. However, you may want to post your concern as a request in the Idea Exchange for Business here so that the development team can see what should be changed or be implemented on the FVS336Gv3. Be reminded that the more kudos given by community members to your request will help as the development team will be reviewing the post that has the most kudos and might be considered.

Does this mean there is no Netgear support for IPv6 ISP's ?
My isp: BigPipe@New Zealand.
Are there any links on how to troubleshoot Netgear IPv6 issues ?

My view is Netgear needs to change - whether they will who knows... I am probably going to switch to a different manufacturer as they are giving me no confidence and are about the only vendor not in that consortium
