FVS124G can't access after power outage
After a power outage my FVS124G now won't connest properly the powewr lights and stay on, the test lights stay on and down after few seconds. I try reset button hold 20 sek power on then 20 sek power...

login into my.netgear.com and check your warranty status. ONLY products purchased after specific date will have life time warranty..

Unless you fit terms don't call support to waste your time.. Also you should use portal to communicate and see if they can process RMA exchange...

When will this new warranty come into effect?
NETGEAR will honor the full lifetime warranty for ProSafe products purchased after May 1, 2007. As such, proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. NETGEAR recommends registering your ProSafe product after purchase to simplify warranty claims.
