I seem to have gotten this working via telnet and a tftp server, I've sent the output to support to verify. Bit of a roundabout route but at least it seems to work.

Hello johnakajohn,
Thank you for the update, we'll check the support case and see if this is a valid workaround since we do not really suggest accessing the firewall via TelNet without the approval of the engineering team.

They replied and said the method I used was valid, I closed the case and can now begin actually integrating this within my network !
