FVS318V3 not responding to ping again
This is a warranty replacement router just received from Netgear last week. The old router had the exact same issue. I uploaded the config file because it has firewall rules. Today, the internet connection goes down. Router doesn't respond to ping. Rebooting router temporarily fixes it. Having to use Asus router in its place.

- darkreaderNoviceThe problem is now happening to the Asus router too. A Zonet router is having the same issue as well. Is this something wrong my ISP or is it a DoS attack?
- aditMentorYour ISP may be blocking continuous pings.
- jmizoguchiVirtuososounds like ISP is blocking the ping ..
- darkreaderNoviceBut with all three routers I lose internet connectivity.

HARD RESET and do NOT restore config file at all.. ONLY manually configure it.
also do NOT configure any firewall and test if you get any issues first .
