FVS336G Port Forwarding for VNC Access

Thanks for getting back to me.
I'm telling them all to use a single IP address. The only other thing that I can think of that might be relevant is that on the internet connection that they come through, the BT2700 is set to forward a range of ports to the FVS336G.
IE it's set to forward 6000-7000 to IP 10.0.2.2 which is the IP of the FVS336G on its network (IE each modem is in DHCP mode and then the FVS336G requests a static IP from it).
