FVS336G v2 Locks up with printed report

It is about a 5 page print job. All text. No graphics. Unix server remote print job. Server is at one end of the VPN and the printer is at the other. We have cable modem and there is a ton of bandwidth available. I am thinking it may have some old Unix printer control codes buried in there that are messing with the encryption. I changed it from the default (MD5???) to AES-128. Our server sessions are via Telnet - old school. I could (and have) run this on dialup. I can print other reports, longer ones. It is something about this report. Happens every time. I had a FVS338 on there and a storm took it out, so I had to go to the 336G.
Just odd.
