FVS336GV2 VLANS and Port Forwarding - firmware 4.3.3-6
Howdy, Correct me if I am wrong, but in order to get full VLAN support I need to use 4.x firmware. I saw the LAN Groups in firmware 3.11.0-8, but it didnt really look like true VLANs (but I coul...

...And last but not least... I'd like to apologize for making a mistake, but it looks like I messed up.. :(
I mistook "RPC-TCP" for RDP-TCP in the service name and couldnt figure out why it wasn't working... GEEZ!!! SORRY!!!
Now that I have the correct services forwarded, it works.. SORRY AGAIN!!!
But, Huge thanks to the Netgear team for making the updates to the 336GV2 firmware!!! I love this router even more now!
All my problems are solved.. I'll go slink off into the corner where I can hang my head in shame... :(
Thanks,
Steven

OK, VPN is now set up, Changed ISP's gateway to bridging mode and got the Wifi working using the DMZ VLAN's DHCP Server (port 4), but still can't get port forwards to work for RDP. Any ideas? Seems rather odd to release a firmware version that can't port forward and RDP isn't all that complicated. :(
Does anyone have information on the LAN groups (firmware 3.x) versus the VLANs (firmware 4.x).
P.S. These were very nice updates to the router i've come to depend on. Thank You!
Please and Thank You,
Steven

OK.. Update... Some port forwards do work.. others don't.
I would guess that user defined Port Forwards don't work (like my RDP Service), while https (standard service from the 4.3.3-6 firmware) does work.
Any ideas?
Please and Thank You,
Steven
