As I understand your concern, you wanted HTTPS/SSH/SCP access from the LAN to WAN 1 port, am I right? Also, you wanted to have Passive FTP only through the WAN 1 port, am I right?
If ever I am right, have you tried to configure Protocol Binding? Kindly read pages 50-55 of the FVS336Gv3 reference manual here.
