FVS338 & Full Cone NAT
Hey guys,
I currently use Kaseya to provide monitoring and support for my clients. I have found with the FVS338 I am unable to create peer-to-peer connections due to the client using a STUN server to initiate the P2P connection with the PC I'm connecting from.
Does anyone know if the FVS338 supports Full Cone NAT? If not, how can I get it to work behind a NAT when the STUN server attempts to connect the PC at my location with the machine I'm trying to support?
Thanks,
Chris
