Hi, I have a FVX538 ProSafe VPN Firewall, I'm trying to block website access and it's does not seem to work?? ANy ideas

I understand you are having some issues with the block sites feature of the firewall, let me try to help you with this. For us to be able to isolate the issue properly, I would like to ask some questions which I have listed below:
1. What is the firmware version of the firewall?
2. Did you use keyword blocking?
If you can post a screenshot of the rules that you have created that will be very helpful.
