- aditMentorWhat is that pic from?
- NhellieVirtuosoit appears that the FVS318G is behind another router, you may need to put your internet box into bridge mode or setup DMZ.
- stevefiguerasAspirantFinally i follow your advice and make my box like this.
The FVS318G is on 10.1.1.100
Secondly i open on the box
10.1.1.100 = FVS318G
192.168.1.1 = FVS318G (second ip worked)
192.168.1.8 = Ethernet Cam which i want open the 443 port to watch over internet.
And when i check... The 443 port is indicate as closed :( - stevefiguerasAspirantI active the DMZ on my box

And i open all port on this box
10.1.1.100 & 192.168.1.1 = FVS318G
192.168.1.8 : Ethernet Cam which for i need opening 443 port.
But the 443 port is alway closed ...
Thansk for help - NhellieVirtuosoHi steve,
Delete the port forwarding on the greenpacket modem/router. (leave the DMZ configuration)
What you need to do next is ti log in to the interface of the FVS318G, go to firewall rules and add an inbound service for HTTPS, open the port for the IP range of the cameras. - stevefiguerasAspirantHello thanks you for your time :)
Do i must apply rules in
LAN WAN Rules or
DMZ WAN Rules or
LAN DMZ Rules
I don't where is the difference :(
Thanks you again ! - aditMentorYou can't forward the same port # to multiple devices. Who is your ISP and what type of internet service do you have?
- stevefiguerasAspirantI have a 4G Internet Box connected by Ethernet with the FVS318G.
I have one Ethernet Camera and i need to open and forward the 44
3 port just to see the camera from outside.
On local area it work without any problem
I'm ok to apply your good advice but i just need to know if i must do it in item
LAN WAN Rules or
DMZ WAN Rules or
LAN DMZ Rules
Thanks you for your time really - stevefiguerasAspirantOk i've done on LAN WAN Rules
