Thanks for the input, but I think this solution is not suitable for us, because it is not DHCP capable as manual says:
"You cannot configure secondary IP addresses in the DHCP server. For the hosts on the secondary subnets, you must manually configure the IP addresses, gateway IP address, and DNS server IP addresses."
I think a FVS318G or FVS318N could be enough for our needs in one single product.

On WAN2 of the FVS336G, do you need to use a public IP? Because if not, you can use another router like the FVS318G as the "firewall for guest" then connect an ethernet cable from firewall to guest to the WAN2 port of the FVS336G. However, when using WAN2 port the devices behind the FVS336G will experience "double NAT". If you want to use both public IPs on WAN2 port of the FVS336G and Firewall for Guests, you may have to get a modem that can supply 2 Public IPs.

Yes we need a public IP, anyway I've resolved with some spare parts that I found ready to use in our office:
- Netgear modem router DG384
- Netgear FVS114
(did I say we like Netgear stuff? :D)
Since the modem has 4 LAN ports, I used one for the FVS336G and another one for FVS114, luckly for now are enough 4 LANs that the FVS114 has.
