Insight VPN Down?

Anyone know how long the Insight VPN will be down?  Have not been able to connect for a couple of days and really depend on this point-point link.  The Netgear Status page says that the VPN service has performance issues.  Tried deleting the BR500 routers in the VPN network and rejoined with same result.  Insight network has been very stable past couple of months before this.  Thanks  Ray

    As per the higher tier of NETGEAR Support, there are no outstanding issues as of now.  If ever you are still experiencing Insight VPN issues, I advise you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support at anytime here for further technical assistance.
