This sounds like a significant security concern, especially since the Multi-PSK SSID appears to bypass the expected inter-VLAN restrictions and exposes more networks than the VLANs assigned to the SSID. The difference in behavior between Multi-PSK and the Guest SSID definitely deserves clarification from Netgear. An explicit catch-all deny rule for inter-VLAN traffic, with specific allow rules taking precedence, would be a much cleaner and safer solution than creating 5×5 rules. Hopefully Netgear can confirm whether this is intended behavior or a bug and provide documented guidance for properly isolating these VLANs.
