Internet blocked when downloading files FVS336Gv2

Hello,

We are having an issue when downloading files the internet connection seems to crash. We get the "This site can’t be reached. ...server DNS address could not be found"

Latest issue is when trying to download Adobe Creative Cloud apps (photoshop, premiere, etc.). When downloading, no websites can be reached including the admin panel on the firewall, When I cancel the download connectivity is restored.

I found and tried this with no luck:

    Hello landshark22,

    Welcome to the community!

I'd do some isolation first before changing any settings on the router. First, check if you will experience the same issue when directly connected to the modem. Second, check if you have made any network changes before the issue occurred. Another thing you can do to check is to try to run on and older firmware version or test on factory defaults.

Let us know if this helps.

    Thanks,

    Hello landshark22,

    Welcome to the community!

If your FVS366Gv2 previous firmware is v3.x.x, you needed do factory default after you updated your FVS336Gv2 firmware to v4.x.x.
