IPSec VPN choppy at best

I've been struggling with this BR200 since I got it. I had several times L1 help and L3 help. Solution was to downgrade the firmware and it worked, until the ticket was closed. Connection randomly disconnects and cannot re-initiate. I signed into insight and added all my devices to insight and it upgraded to the latest firmware again. IPSec shows a connection, I can ping devices on both BR200 routers but I cannot access resources like printers, file sharing or NAS. I can connect with OpenVPN but then I cannot limit certain things. Everything else works great and I love all the features, but IPSec is a must and I need to connect my sites together.

 

Any help, pointers or advice is greatly appreciated.

    In regards to support downgrading the firmware, which version did they downgrade too? What firmware version is the device currently on?
