Load balancing issue with SRX5308 - address not found
I haven't been able to use load balancing for weeks now. If I do, it works for a while and then (most) websites just don't load any longer. It can be just any address, also parts of a website (eg images, embedded videos). Totally erratic. It started one morning apparently for no reason. I installed the latest firmware (srx5308_v4.3.3-6), changed all possible configuration options I could figure out. To no avail. It only works in Primary Wan Mode.
Two Wan now - FTTH and Cable.
Any idea?
Well, it won't be solved. Patience left me. Level 2 said that Level 3 made some tests and didn't find anything wrong.
I changed my set-up so that I won't need the SRX any longer. Case closed.
Thank you for your help. All the best.
Alain

Hello ajm_ch,
Welcome to the community!
I have some questions for you that will help us properly isolate the issue. I have listed them below:
- Does the issue occur only when LB is enabled?
- Are you using weighted or round robin LB?
- Do you have Traffic Meter enabled on the WAN ports?
- Do you have protocol binding configured?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,

Thanks JohnRo!
1. Yes. As soon as I switch to Primary WAN Mode, everything loads normally.
2. Weighted, but Round Robin doesn't work either.
3. No.
4. Yes. But I also tried with all actions disabled--no difference.

Hello ajm_ch,
You'll have to contact our Support Team for this. I have checked our reported issues and I saw a case that is similar to yours. You may have to submit your configuration file and some packet captures for further analyzation.
Thanks,
