About your answer on my 2nd question, what do you mean by "you'll wait for the next revision"? Does it mean that you will wait for another firmware release?
You may try to upload the latest firmware v4.3.4-1 via TFTP. Kindly access the article below on how:

If you are not confident in doing the steps on how to upload the firmware using TFTP by yourself, you may open an online case with NETGEAR Support for assistance.
