1.Which time zone is yours?
It seems to be a issue with west time zone,if you want the filter work,you can set the time zone to Greenwitch Mean Time,then you can block the pc in the shedule,like this:

This fits my observations and from my initial testing appears to make schedules work correctly. To better state the problem would you say "Only GMT timezone" works correctly? In other words EST also probably doesnt work correctly?
I didnt see this open bug on the latest release and what steps need to be taken to make Netgear aware of issue?
Thanks for the workaround all be it a little painful given the mental gymnastics to convert time zones when creating a schedule.
