Thank you! It was not clear as it was specifically mentioned the PDF was found "another thread and it got me going", I took that to mean ChenX's link wasn't correct.
And for anyone else who stumbles on this page - that article DID work. The piece that did the trick was the "Router Advertisement Daemon (RADVD)" section in the guide, needing to enable that.
