I'm not sure if you have already came across with the article below. However, kindly use the article below as reference guide on how to configure box-to-box IPSec VPN:
Configuring a Box to Box VPN on ProSAFE/ProSECURE routers using the VPN Wizard
Make sure that the WAN IP address registered on the SRX5308 and Zyxel USG50 are Public IP addresses. Also, be reminded that the LAN subnet on the SRX5308 should different on the LAN subnet of the Zyxel USG50. For example, if the LAN subnet on the SRX5308 is 192.168.1.x, then the LAN subnet of the Zyxel USG50 should be different like 10.10.10.x or 192.168.9.x.

I have done everything from the documents and configurations that NETGEAR has supplied to me and nothing at all (what I do not know if the connection problem is NETGEAR or ZYXEL
