You mentioned: "I upload the NETGEAR and ZYXEL settings..." -- I have already verified and approved all the images here in community as of now but it seems you have not posted any images (or screenshots) of the VPN settings you have configured on your SRX5308 and Zyxel USG50.
Kindly post images (or screenshots) of the VPN settings you have configured on your SRX5308 and Zyxel USG50 so that other community members who are familiar with Zyxel could chime in and share their knowledge about it.
